Meet the Team

Before establishing Data Is My Happy Space, LLC, Dr. Rosemond held the position of Vice President for Student Engagement and Success. In this role, she was the inaugural VP for a newly formed Division Student Engagement and Success.

Dr. Rosemond is also an accomplished author with several publications and book chapters to her credit. Her recent works include presentations and publications on Disruptive Innovation and A Data Management System designed to personalize student success pathways. The data framework developed by Dr. Rosemond has been showcased at various national and regional conferences.

Our job at Data Is My Happy Space, is to provide independent support to our clients for a freelance project or assignment. In this role, we analyze a database to obtain useful information, use statistics to interpret the results, help identify trends within the industry, and make recommendations about the best course of action. We analyze historical data, refine dashboards, assist full-time employees, and use predictive modeling to evaluate future company needs. The length of each contract varies.

Outcomes: Diagnose the organization to identify benchmarks and design a framework to provide the practical solutions you need to transform your mission-critical priorities into measurable business results.
