Dr. Rosemond possesses a solid foundation in Data Science acquired through training at Indiana University Bloomington. Additionally, Rosemond holds a PhD in Education Leadership with a specialization in Human Resources Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. This unique combination of expertise in both Data Science and Human Resources and Organizational Development equips Dr. Rosemond with essential knowledge, skills, and abilities crucial for tech professionals to make a significant impact on the technology industry. Identifying, recruiting, and training top-tier talent brings me great satisfaction, and I have a deep understanding of the technical proficiency necessary to produce efficient and effective outcomes in the field of technology.

My Why

I strive to optimize bandwidth for start up executives. My intention is to maximize a culture of trust as well as productivity and effectiveness, allowing their organization to accomplish their goals with focus and minimal wastage.

My expertise in data science stems from my proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. As I immersed myself in data collection and analysis, I recognized untapped potential. This led me to integrate these skills into my daily work tasks, establishing benchmarks for various initiatives, tracking progress, and devising strategies to drive positive outcomes.

Crafting analytical reports for supervisors, leadership, teams, and deans became a source of fulfillment. These reports later informed the development of new websites for programs, assessed user experience, integrated new technology, and facilitated the integration of social media analytics into student support services.

Building on my successes, I expanded my data capabilities to include visualization tools, adding an element of enjoyment to the data landscape. Following my PhD, I further honed my skills by enrolling in the IU Bloomington Data Science program. Here, I discovered my passion for organizing large datasets and presenting key performance indicators through intuitive dashboards. This comprehensive background opened doors to innovative opportunities, a theme that resonates throughout my leadership roles.
